Daily News | Companies seek internet neutrality rules

Sharing economies have become extremely popular in the last couple of years. However, with sharing economies and internet service providers always comes an array of legal questions. According to the latest news, AirBnb, Reddit, Shutterstock, Tumblr, Twitter and some other companies seek internet neutrality rules from the Federal Communications Commission. On Monday, they sent a letter in which they stated that there was already too much of a legal framework the companies have to deal with. Also, one of the main issues is “throttling”, or slowing access to content. As more and more people seek internet neutrality rules, we bring you some good news from Microsoft. They are going to expand mutual use of  cloud-based products and services with SAP SE. This is done to encourage their people to useSAP software on Microsoft Azure cloud services, but the timing is also indicative as it can put some additional pressure on the FCC to make the right decision. We’ll see how things play out here.

We also bring you the situation from share markets. Chinese shares are falling down due to the lack of investors’ confidence in China. CSI 300 index .CSI300 fell 0.3 percent, but in 2017 has jumped 22 percent so far. Hong Kong’s and South Korea’s indexes fell as well.
